Perfectly imperfect

Though we like to think as cleaners and business owners we get it right all the time, that couldn't be further from the truth.

Firstly as cleaners, we occasionally miss things or overlook things. To a certain extent we have to take ownership of our work, and admit we missed it, or we do miss things, whether it's a small speck on a tile, or to a huge mark on the wall.

To add to that also, it has forced change to how we regulate responsibility and accountability as you will see in our T&Cs.

Now to being a business owner, do we screw up? Yes

Only over recent weeks, I have found myself in a few situations, one I found quite confronting and challenging. Who was really right or wrong is anyone's guess, but the whole situation was mishandled from both sides, and I had to take my ownership of that situation and admit I was out of line. However, good came out of it to see what had to change within the business and within myself personally so, moving forward we do not have repeats of this again.

For me personally, it's deeper than just a cleaning business and more than just showing up and doing a good job. It's about making a difference in people's lives, my staff and myself.

It is about being deeply rooted and having core values, actually representing something more than yourself, we endeavour to live out our business slogan, "changing lives one house at a time" ( in a good way 😉)
