Our Bond & Vacate Cleaning Service aims to reduce the turnaround for getting bonds back with minimal down time on tenancy turn around for real-estates and landlords. We do this by ensuring the cleaning is done thoroughly the first time.


We have structured our Bond & Vacate Cleaning Service to ensure the correct time is taken to get properties to the high standard required, as these types of cleans are not just a simple wipe over and are quite extensive cleans.


Pricing will change according to condition; premises in poorer condition will require longer to clean and pricing will reflect this.

In a standard 3 bedroom home there are 950+ items to be checked off & passed by us.


We prefer to aim for quality rather than quantity, our ultimate goal is to get you, your agent and landlord a good result.

What's not included as part of your standard bond & vacate clean:


  • Blinds - Extra time & Extra Cost.

  • Walls & Ceilings - Extra time & Extra Cost.

  • Fridges & Freezers - Extra time & Extra Cost.

  • Washing any outdoor Areas- there's areas will receive a basic clean as part of your clean,  any deep cleaning such as washing or pressure cleaning will come at Extra time & Extra Cost.

  • Garage Roller Doors - as this is not part of a standard bond clean, and also we have to be aware of electrical items such as roller door motors & power points, as most of the time a standard brush or wipe isn't satisfactory and they need to be washed. 

  • Oil Stains & Other Staining On Concrete - This we need to know, as this will be charged at pressure cleaning rate and time needs to be allocated, generally with concrete dealing with stains there is likely to be little to no improvement, especially on unsealed concrete. 

  • Washing Exterior Walls - Extra time & Extra Cost, charged at pressure cleaning rate.

* Returning to clean these items will come at chargeable time unless time & cost is allocated pre inspection of commencement the bond or vacate clean or listed on a work order. 

If you wish for us to deal directly with your property manager, (Which we would prefer) please advise them of this. We will also leave a call back card with our details on it for the agent.

Before we arrive

  • Please ensure the premise is fully vacated so we can allow enough time to get your clean done.

  • Power is still on - otherwise this will accrue a fee and clean postponed or cancelled till power is on.

  • Allow at least a 12-24 hour gap between bond cleaning and carpet cleaning unless we are doing it,  to make sure the bond clean gets completed prior to carpet cleaners.

  • Full payment is made prior to clean commencing.

  • If your a real estate agent, please let us know when we can expect payment if it won't be paid by due date.
